Will it cause any reactions if I get it on my skin?
Undiluted Tea Tree Oil has been reported to cause skin irritation in a small proportion of people. Environmental Air Solutions has not been reported to cause any skin irritations or sensitisation.

Are your products compliant with any codes, Australian or internationally?
Yes! The pure Australian Tea Tree Oil that we use is compliant with ISO 4730: 2017 (1).
Our Air Purifying Spray also complies with European Code EN 1650, and has been proven to possess fungicidal and yeasticidal activity in 15 minutes at 20 degrees C, under dirty conditions.

Our shipping partner is Fedex and they offer a fast, amazing service, delivering swiftly to your door anywhere in the world.
We take care of all customs paperwork and provide you with a consignment note number so you're able to track your package all the way.
What are the shipping options within Australia?
We primarily use Australia Post for our domestic shipments, however additional freight companies such as Fedex and Aramex are also used where required.
Do you offer pick up for orders locally?
Yes, we do. Our address is 7 Winkworth Street, Bungalow, in Cairns, QLD, Australia.
Just select the 'local collection' option when placing your order and we'll be in touch when it's ready for collection.

I don't have a Paypal account. Can I order with another payment type?
We believe Paypal is a faster, safer way to pay! And you don't need an account to use it.

What size container do I need for my room?
How long does Environmental Air Solutions gel last?
There are a couple of factors that will determine how long your container will last. If you are introducing Environmental Air Solutions into the area you are occupying through an air conditioning system, the right sized container will last for a minimum of 1 month.
If you place your container of Environmental Air Solutions on a shelf and the room it is in has either a slight amount of forced air flow (ceiling fan) or natural air flow (open windows), your container will last for a minimum of 3 months!
I'm sceptical... if I can't SEE mould, how do I know it's there?
As they say, a picture speaks a thousand words. We would like to prove to you how effective our product is. We took a slice of fresh white bread and cut it in half. We then placed each half into 2 separate containers.
The container on the left hand side has NO Environmental Air Solutions product in it. 14 days later and stored in temperatures that ranged between 16-30 degrees C - you can clearly see the growth of mould and fungi!!
The container on the right hand side has only 5 grams of Environmental Air Solutions in it along with the bread. Where is the mould and fungi?!? There is NONE!! Why?? It's because Environmental Air Solutions has STOPPED it from even beginning to grow!
